Expert. Avionica’s Tech Support Group, part of our Technical Services Department, is renowned for world - class support. Working closely with Engineering, the same individuals who write our manuals and train users also support our products and services in the field. This philosophy exposes all personnel to the issues faced by our customers, resulting inbetter products and expert service.

Available. We service clients worldwide, both directly from our headquarters in Miami, Florida, or via one of our representatives in Europe or the Far East. AOG support is available 24 - hours a day, based on contract arrangements.
Affordable. Avionica offers affordable maintenance contracts for all AVSCAN and RSU products. Historically, maintenance contracts offer a much better value than individual product upgrade pricing, and include many additional benefits.

Purchase of a maintenance contract is mandatory at time of product purchase, and covers the first year of ownership. If customers do not renew their maintenance contract when notified, Avionica apprises customers of product updates and makes them available for separate purchase.
